Hi,
we have tried to install the client ARIS Architect (build 10.0.2.1.1185787) on a pc; if we install it without local database, we have no problems, while, if we choose to install the client with local database, during the setup the system returns this error message: "Unable to start Software AG ARIS 10 LOCAL", and we have to exit from the setup.
We have uploaded the license file, only one zip file with all the licenses (Connect server, Architect, viewer) during the setup.
Could someone help us to find the problem?
