We have added a valid certificate to the load balancer, but we are having an issue getting the download client to connect to the server. Initially we had an issue simply just to get the download client to download, but changing the Java Control panel Advanced settings allowed the download client to finally download. However, trying to connect to the server gave us another error. I am attaching the java console output, the download client log file, and steps we take to launch ARIS. Any assistance anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
