(SOLVED) Locked model

I have a model locked, because it's editing by one user. The user is logged out. I logged out the user, wait some time and check it again, but the lock continues. Any ideas about how can I solve this? I have already make a copy of the process to work with, but I can't delete either. Can any one give me a hand with this? Is Aris 9.7
