Translation

Hello,

My question is regarding the translation. The text in the Exported excel file is not sequenced. How can we organize the text to make the process of translation easier. Additionally, I am using the translation memory system (TRADOS) to translate the exported excel File, could I use XML for translation as the translation program import XML files.
