Password change

Hi there

I'm unable to activate ARIS to start - I cannot remember my password.  When I request the password to be e-mailed to me, it only sends a link for me to login once on the internet.  When I then want to change my password, the ARIS asks for my old password, which I do not know! How do I change the password or get the password?  I cannot activate the software without the password.  

Please help
